Computer Systems Development

There are two parts to this web site

1.    A series of pages detailing the activities of a Project Manager

That is, the things the Project Manager has to do.

2.   Detail of the activities for the development of a computer system

That is, the things that have to be done to develop the computer system.

Both sets of documentation assist in ascertaining that illusive objective of

Getting Systems Implemented On Time and On Budget.

The key to achieving this is  to have a competent experienced Project Manager prepared amongst other things to make timely decisions (and correct ones!).

A third manual is under preparation and is in the form of questions and answers.
